2022 ThreeBestRated® Award-Winning Oshawa’s Personal Injury Lawyer Shares His Story

Barry Evans has won the 2022 ThreeBestRated® award for his remarkable service. He has had great success for thousands of clients after representing them in every level of court in Ontario. Story of Evans, Mitchell-Gill:

Barry Evans was called to the bar in 1977. He has studied the art of persuasion both in his Psychology degree and in his Master’s degree in Law. He had two great motivations for the practice of law;

1. He liked people.

2. He liked to be his own boss.

His son Josh was also in practice, and his other son Dan had a music career but decided to change and joined him as well. Finally, their associate Kevin Mitchell-Gill, who practises both criminal and civil law, joined them. This combination has given them a diverse base enabling them to solve almost any problem.

Barry feels proud to be the National Legal Advisor to Mensa Canada, and he is certified as a specialist by the Law Society. But he remarks, “Beyond my membership in Mensa, I believe I possess both logic and common sense, which are more important”.

Compensation Process he deals with

There is no fee for people who have been injured unless they get money for their clients.

At the first meeting, they discuss the exact percentage with the clients, and they follow up with a detailed written retainer agreement.
