Buy releases in bulk and the per-release price drops. Basic is $74.99 each for 1–4, $49.99 each for 5–9, $39.99 each for 10–29, and $37.50 each at 30. US National is $419.99 each for 1–4, $380 each for 5–9, $360 each for 10–29, and $350 each at 30. One-time purchases are capped at 30 releases — need more, just purchase again.
