Nine Intermountain Health Physicians Named in Desert Companion’s 2024 Top Doctors for Nevada

The Desert Companion Magazine has once again named nine Intermountain Health physicians to their Top Doctors list. This is the second year in a row for nine Intermountain doctors to be honored.

The 2024 list includes the following Intermountain Health providers:

• Dr. Afi Bruce, Internal Medicine
• Dr. Brian Davis, Physical Medicine
• Dr. John Hou, Internal Medicine
• Dr. Sunita Kalra, Internal Medicine
• Dr. Marija Krstic, Internal Medicine
• Dr. Janmejay (Jay) Patel, Cardiology
• Dr. Lara Wenner, Internal Medicine
• Dr. Steven Yates, Oncology/Hematology
• Dr. John Bedotto, Cardiology (retired in July)

The nomination process is managed by healthcare research company Castle Connolly and physicians are nominated via peer recommendations of Southern Nevada’s best healthcare providers.

Nominations are open to all licensed physicians in America, and they are able to nominate physicians in any specialty and in any part of the country. Castle Connolly’s physician-led researchers use a rigorous screening process and strict standard to select the 2024 Top Doctors, including consideration of educational and professional experiences.
